Delivery Process
Shopping online can be an intimidating process for some or just plain confusing for others. If you have ever purchased anything online from a website that did not have a clear and simple delivery process, then you probably know the frustrations. Here we appreciate your business and we want you to understand our shipping process prior to placing an order so you can know when to expect your parcel. Below is the three exact step for step process our Staff takes when processing your order.
Processing - Charged - Shipped
Processing -Once you have made a payment with your credit card, your order is placed in Pending Status. Someone from what-the-dunk.com will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address you provided matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to. Once your order has been verified by someone at what-the-dunk.com your order will be elevated to the next status and prepare the package for the shipment. This process takes 2-3 business days.
Charged - We have processed and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped", this will only take 12-48 hours.
Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number. If you are located in the United States you can track your package at www.USPS.com. If you are located elsewhere, then it is your country's national carrier. It usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive, but highly depends on the courier.
Other Possible Statuses:
Canceled - If your order status is "canceled" this is because we were unable to verify your payment. Or you've made a request for cancellation prior the shipment. You can not cancel your order after shippment. Others, the client is responsible for everything.
Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect, wrong color/size was sent, or any mistake made on the part of what-the-dunk.com. Contact with us in time if the size is not fit very well and would like to make an exchange within 7 days after delivery. And make sure the item is still in the original condition with original box and tags, no worn,never be washed. Our stuffs will response you with the detailed instroduction of returning in 1~2 business days (Friday or holidays excepted).
Refunded- If your order is out of stock or we are unable to fill it for any reason, we will update the status of your order to Out of Stock and issue a full refund. We will be ful responsible if the parcel lost or damage during delivery. But please check if the package was never ripped off or something like this issues before you sign for the package. Reject it for this problem. Otherwise, we do not offer compensation over these issues.
Note: APO/FPO addresses are not accepted.
